Hebrew ברבות צדיקים ישמח העם ובמשל רשע יאנח עם׃
Greek εγκωμιαζομενων δικαιων ευφρανθησονται λαοι αρχοντων δε ασεβων στενουσιν
Latin In multiplicatione justorum lætabitur vulgus ; cum impii sumpserint principatum, gemet populus.
KJV When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.
