Hebrew איש מכם אם ידמה להיות עבד אלהים ואיננו שם רסן ללשנו כי אם מתעה הוא את לבבו עבדתו אך לריק תהיה׃
Greek ει τις δοκει θρησκος ειναι μη χαλιναγωγων γλωσσαν αλλα απατων καρδιαν τουτου ματαιος η θρησκεια
Latin Si quis autem putat se religiosum esse, non refrenans linguam suam, sed seducens cor suum, hujus vana est religio.
KJV If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion is vain.
