* Michelle Francis Comrad: A human girl whose younger twin, Jason, are staying with their grandmother while their parents are away on vacation.
* Grandmum: A human grandmother who's keeping the kids while her son and his wife are on vacation. We don't see her face until episode six.
* Zidgel: Captain penguin. Never keeps his mind on the mission.
* Midgel: Pilot penguin. Keeps on reminding captain about the mission.
