When he heard about Jesus, he sent to him elders of the Jews, asking him to come and save his servant.

Hebrew	וישמע את שמע ישוע וישלח אליו מזקני היהודים וישאל מאתו לבוא ולהושיע את עבדו׃
Greek	ακουσας δε περι του ιησου απεστειλεν προς αυτον πρεσβυτερους των ιουδαιων ερωτων αυτον οπως ελθων διασωση τον δουλον αυτου
Latin	Et cum audisset de Jesu, misit ad eum seniores Judæorum, rogans eum ut veniret et salvaret servum ejus.
KJV	And when he heard of Jesus, he sent unto him the elders of the Jews, beseeching him that he would come and heal his servant.
