The First Epistle to the Corinthians is a book of the New Testament. The letter was written by the apostle Paul to the church at Corinth.
Authorship and setting
Paul wrote this letter to the Corinthians some time around 54 AD. It appears that this was his second letter to the Corinthians, however, there are not records of his first letter except Paul's reference to it in this letter in 1 Corinthians 5:9
